Developing a Mailing List
You develop a mailing list by entering contacts into the Contacts screen.
Mail List Contact Screen
Purpose
This screen allows editing of the address and other related information about the mail list contact. Mail list contacts are entered via the "Marketing" menu option. Virtually all contacts entered are available for mailing lists — even suppliers, authors, etc. Marking the "Exclude from mail list" with "Y" will keep the contact off the mailing list.
